URGENT -- Save St Helen's Wood!

COME TO THE PUBLIC MEETING!



ACTION NEEDED NOW!

St Helen's Wood is ancient woodland. According to WWF "Ancient woodland covers only 2.5% of the UK. Sadly, up to 70% of ancient woodlands in the UK have already been lost." Are we really going to stand by and let developers harm what little we have left?

    1. My objection is in now. I hope that over 800 objections will sway them against choosing such an important area to build on, when there are so many other places that aren't wildlife corridors. Fingers crossed.

    2. I think we have to work on the Hastings Council to make a difference. They have committed to building 700 homes per year. That's a lot of building on land we haven't got :-(
